An Event Concierge is a professional who is dedicated, behind-the-scenes support throughout your event planning process, acting as your personal event assistant by managing details, vendor and venue communication, confirmations, organization, and problem-solving. Your concierge helps ensure everything is thoughtfully planned and aligned with your vision leading up to the event. As this is a remote concierge, support concludes prior to the event date.

Masami & Co. takes the lead on event day so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. We coordinate vendors, manage the event timeline, oversee setup and details, assist with guest flow and transitions, and handle any last-minute needs or unexpected challenges. From the first setup to the final send-off, our team keeps everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. (Traveling expenses are excluded from this package).
